The Deepwater Horizon spent its first 8 years on Bush’s watch. It operated with award winning safety and environmental protection.
Obviously Obama dropped the ball on regulatory enforcement. When will there be an investigation into what the Obama administration did wrong to cause such a dramatic change in the safety record of this rig?
